£1,000 claimed for an accident at Tesco
We helped a man claim compensation for an injury whilst at a Tesco supermarket.
The man was shopping in a Tesco supermarket, pushing his trolley down the aisle when the handle of the trolley came away and cut his arm.
The cut was 5 inches long and once it had healed it left a visible scar on his arm. Fortunately, he recovered relatively quickly.
The supermarket chain who denied they were at fault. After negotiation with the supermarket’s insurers, we were able to secure £1,000 compensation for his injury and resulting scarring.
